Coming into HEMA in 2022 with a fierce interest on becoming a real life viking. I fell in love with the format of this type of martial art. The freedom you have to experiment with styles and weapon types, and the kind of people you meet really sold it to me. After Instructing with the Order of the Blade for 2+ years at their Derby chapter and other events, Wes decided to part ways, focusing on affordable and tournament focused training.
